Refund Policy

Please review carefully as your purchase of one of our courses constitutes acceptance of our refund policy.

Introduction

At Mkedu, we always strive to provide an excellent learning experience for our students. In case of dissatisfaction with the course, we offer a convenient refund policy. Please read this refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

Refund terms

  • The refund request must be submitted within [three days] from the date of payment of the course value and receipt of the proof of payment.
  • Booking deposit and installments are considered expenses that result in a service such as the completion and continuation of the booking process and for that service cannot be refunded those installments or the booking deposit as this would cause unavoidable damage to the company and the user has already started receiving the services.
  • The User shall not be entitled to a refund of any of the amounts paid unless the Company refuses to provide its services to the User who has paid all the agreed upon fees on the agreed upon dates, which have been agreed upon in advance and evidenced by the payment receipt.
  • The user is obligated to pay all fees and charges agreed upon and confirmed in the receipt sent to him/her via
    phone number on WhatsApp.

Refund amount

  • In case of refunds before the start of the course, we will refund [10]% of the registration fee.

Refund procedure

  • You must provide all requested information, including your name, registration number, and date of registration.
  • We will send you a refund confirmation via a message on the user’s phone number after receiving the refund request.

Course Cancellation

  • An approximate start date for the course is given at the time of booking or within a maximum of 15 working days.
  • The user has the right to request an exchange or refund in case the company is delayed in providing the training program for more than 90 working days. However, the postponement period requested by the customer himself is not counted in this period, as the postponement is at the customer’s request and not due to a delay from the company.
  • In case the course is canceled, we will refund the registration fee in full.
  • In the event that a customer takes advantage of any promotional offer for a course or multiple courses, the value of the services provided to the customer outside the scope of the offer will be calculated and deducted from the payments already made by the customer. The remaining amount is then refunded after deducting any administrative expenses.
  • A cancellation confirmation will be sent via a message to the user’s phone number after the course is canceled.
  • The user has the right to replace the contracted course with another course of the same value, if the agreed service is not received in whole or in part. If the value of the new course is higher than the value paid, the customer must pay the difference in price.

Changes

  • We can change this Refund Policy at any time without prior authorization.
  • We will announce any material changes to this Refund Policy on our website.

Laws and regulations

  • This Refund Policy is governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates and the Company’s internal regulations to the extent not inconsistent with the official laws of the country.
  • Any disputes arising out of this Refund Policy shall be subject to litigation in the United Arab Emirates.
